Authorized use
GMZ Mail Sync is a private integration for two individually authorized users. It is not offered to the public. It may be used solely to synchronize permitted work correspondence with the designated corporate email account.
Accounts and permissions
Each user authorizes access to their own Gmail account through Google OAuth and may revoke that access at any time. Users are responsible for complying with applicable workplace policies and ensuring that corporate correspondence is permitted in their Gmail accounts and separately connected services.
Service operation
Synchronization depends on Gmail API availability, the corporate mail server and valid authorizations. Delays or interruptions may occur. This service is provided for internal operational convenience and does not replace the original mail systems.
